If you’re like me, you’re always on the lookout for new fitness programs and products to try. So when I heard about Nerd Fitness, I was intrigued. Nerd Fitness is an online fitness program that claims to be able to help people who are struggling to get in shape.

The program is based on the premise that many people who are overweight or out of shape have a hard time following traditional fitness programs because they feel like they don’t fit in or they’re not welcome. I decided to give Nerd Fitness a try, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. First of all, the program is extremely expensive.

For just the basic membership, you’re looking at $19 per month. And if you want access to all of the features, you’ll need to pay $39 per month. That’s nearly $500 per year!

Secondly, I found the program itself to be very basic and not particularly helpful. There are some good articles and tips on the website, but nothing that I haven’t seen elsewhere for free. And the workout videos were pretty uninspired – just a bunch of guys lifting weights in their basement without any real instruction or motivation.

In short, I would not recommend Nerd Fitness to anyone who is serious about getting in shape. There are much better (and cheaper) options out there.

I also appreciate the fact that there are no ads on the site or in the app. That’s definitely worth the price of admission! The Bad:

There isn’t much bad to say about Nerd Fitness Prime. If I had to nitpick, I would say that some of the videos could be shorter (they range from 5-30 minutes). But that’s really just personal preference – most people will probably find them just fine.

Overall: 4/5 stars Overall, I think Nerd Fitness Prime is a great value for money if you’re looking for quality workout and nutrition content all in one place.
